Toss all baking ingredients together and mix in a large baking pan. Roast for 20 minutes or until a fork can go through the cauliflower.
You make do this recipe in your turbo oven if you have one!
Cauliflower and Nut Salad
Optionally use in place of cauliflower, 2 heads of broccoli, 4 red potatoes, or 3 medium sized winter squash.

2 TBLS of olive oil
2 red onions finely chopped

3 TBLS of apple cider vinegar
2 TBLS of agave nectar
1/4 cup of dried soft cranberries, sea salt and course black pepper

While roasting make the dressing which includes mixing the vinegar, agave, cranberries, a dash of sea salt and course pepper together. When your baking is done, pour the dressing over the top of the baked cauliflower and stir while adding in the baby lettuce and sliced almonds.
